Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • (Crypto payments coming soon)

Billing Cycle

Monthly Billing

  • Charged on the same day each month
  • Example: Subscribe Jan 15 → Charged Feb 15, Mar 15, etc.

Annual Billing

  • Charged once per year
  • 25% discount applied
  • Example: Subscribe Jan 15 → Next charge Jan 15 next year

Managing Your Subscription

View Subscription Status

  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Click on Subscription section
  3. View current plan, next billing date, payment method

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to ProfileSubscription
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. Update card details in Stripe portal

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to ProfileSubscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Access continues until current billing period ends
When you cancel, you keep access until your current billing period ends. No partial refunds for cancellations.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrading

When you upgrade:
  1. Immediate access to new features
  2. Prorated charge for remaining days
  3. New billing cycle at higher rate
Example:
  • Current: Starter ($59/mo), 15 days left
  • Upgrade to: Plus ($99/mo)
  • Prorated charge: ~$20 (difference for 15 days)
  • Next full charge: $99 in 15 days

Downgrading

When you downgrade:
  1. Keep current access until billing cycle ends
  2. New plan activates at next billing date
  3. No prorated refunds

Invoices & Receipts

Access Invoices

  1. Go to ProfileSubscription
  2. Click Billing History
  3. Download PDF invoices

Invoice Contents

Each invoice includes:
  • Transaction date
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method (last 4 digits)
  • Unique invoice number

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for subscriptions.
Why no refunds:
  • Digital services are delivered immediately upon purchase
  • API plans (Agent AI) involve real resource consumption
  • You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
Before subscribing:
  • Review all plan features on our website
  • Choose the plan that fits your needs
  • Contact support if you have questions

Common Issues

  • Check card details are correct
  • Ensure sufficient funds
  • Try a different card
  • Contact your bank if blocks persist
Contact support immediately with:
  • Your email
  • Transaction dates
  • Amounts charged
  • Wait 2-3 minutes for processing
  • Refresh the page
  • Log out and log back in
  • Contact support if issue persists
